Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (6B4Y2AV)
recently i am facing a very disturbing issue for my hp elitebok g9. after an update of 14 sep, my battery isn't charging after one cycle of charge. after charging 100% plugged in on display isn't shown and the charging is stopped. then the ac current charging is stopped. Charge will decrease but not increase. I have changed my windows, restore my bios. But after reseting my laptop like pressing power button 15 to 20 sec, it will charge but it will be the same after 100% of charge... i cant find any solution please Help me!
