Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, i wanted to perform some updates on my bios and it told me update failed can't open bios image. I therefore tried to access my bios only to meet this admin password thing(which i probably have forgotten). I pressed enter 3 times to give me the system halt code provided below, Please anyone help me to get rid of this thing...Thanks very much System halt code BIOSSystem halt code BIOS
