Product: HP 15-bw032wm

I am having some issues with doing a BIOS flash no current OS. I download the spxxxx BIOS file from HP using a secondary computer. I open the spxxxx file and it saves insydeflash to my second computer. I try to open insydeflash with the second computer to make a bootable USB drive for my HP 15-bw032wm but the second computer freezes indefinitely on opening insideflash. I can extract files from insydeflash from my second computer though, including the .bin files. Am I doing something wrong trying to use insydeflash to create this? Can I flash BIOS from Windows Mini Environment using files(.bin or hpflashwinx64.exe) extracted from insydeflash and placed on the USB?
