Good day,

Now, one Note Book stopped at next info when I restart it.

Product Information not valid. The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.

System Board (00A) - Feature byte

Press space bar to continue or 'Y' to enter missing information.

Where can I get/request the missing info?

Did you or HP replace the motherboard of the computer recently?

Thank you very much for your reply.

I don't change the motherboard.

This problem generated after update BIOS last summer.

I want to get the System Board (00A) - Feature byte information for serial number 5CG64449JJ.

My region is Japan. 

Can they provide the motherboard info to me?
