Good day,
Now, one Note Book stopped at next info when I restart it.
Product Information not valid. The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.

Press space bar to continue or 'Y' to enter missing information.
Where can I get/request the missing info?

Hi @mydj
Did you or HP replace the motherboard of the computer recently?
Refer to this document for more details - HP PCs - Product Information Not Valid Error Displays before the Computer Starts
Contact HP Support in your region to have this error fixed.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I don't change the motherboard.
This problem generated after update BIOS last summer.
I want to get the System Board (00A) - Feature byte information for serial number 5CG64449JJ.
My region is Japan.
Can they provide the motherboard info to me?
Thank you.

Hi @mydj
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
