Product: HP EliteBook 8740w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I recently bought a second hand HP EliteBook 8740w; however the BIOS Password was not provided, can anyone help?

 

I need to boot from an USB for an Operating System update and can only do this by accessing the BIOS first.

 

I tried to reset the BIOS Password with removing the battery and also tried the HP BIOSConfigUtility.exe however both without any success.

 

Thanks in advance for your help.
