Hi,
I believe the hashing algorithm is the same for both the bios admin and power on passwords - unfortunately none of the current code generators work for halt codes prefixes with a 'i'.
Hopefully this will not be the case in the near future, but for now, HP Support is probably your only option.

Hi,
Try entering 25418914
If the above doesn't work, as the hashing routine for any codes that are prefixed with a 'i' has changed, you'll need to Contact HP Support regarding this starting on the following link.

Unfortunately the code doesn't work. And my warranty is expired. And the most absurd thing is that the password has never been set. Only this afternoon, trying to access once more the bios (uefi) the notebook started showing that message. I read that also removing the battery can't solve the issue.

Hi,
In that case, try 25446914
