My Envy x360 13‑y013cl cannot recover the BIOS. The HP BIOS Update tool only extracts 82B7 (AMD), but my motherboard is Intel. The Intel capsule 81C3.bin / 81C3.sig is missing from all current SoftPaqs. I am looking for the correct Intel BIOS capsule for board ID 81C3 so I can perform USB recovery.
