I have moved from Windows-10 to Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1 as my laptop is NOT upgrade-able to Windows-11. I need to update the laptop BIOS to the latest version so that the issue with battery charging gets fixed. Please guide me how to.

I could use another Windows PC, having different hardware and OS version but with the help of the appropriate BIOS Update file downloaded from HP Support site, to create a recovery USB stick for the required HP laptop with Linux Mint OS, and then boot the Linux Mint laptop, with the recovery USB stick inserted, and [Windows Key + B] pressed on to switch to BIOS Update menu, which pretty much runs on its own.
