I can't find compatible bios, the last time I access my BIOS version is at F.38, the download page for drivers at HP only at F.33. I ran into a problem where when I boot up, caps lock light blink 3 times which upon reading here it has BIOS problem. I needed compatible bios driver/update F.38 AMI for this. Thank you for your help.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try recovering the BIOS with the F.33 file.

You will need to run the BIOS file on another Windows PC.

It can't and cannot downgrade bios, bios update won't allow it.
