I wasn't able to understand what you want to say. Sorry to disappoint but I don't have that much knowledge on this. So, it would be very nice of you if you can explain this in details or provide a YouTube link so I can watch and understand.
And I have some questions:
Do I have to reinstall my windows ?
Will all my files on drive C will be deleted?
About which iso you are talking about, windows iso ?

In your case there is only one answer: YES
If you don't have the knowledge to handle and troubleshoot such a setup you have to make a clean installation.
I mean the same ISO that you used for RUFUS. I don't know in which sense Rufus changed the boot.wim and the install.esd.
So erase that USB and copy all ISO-Files to the stick.

Could you send me your mail address, so I can contact you while installing my windows.
And it means I have to do the same process again..
There were many complications and errors while I was installing win 11 on my SSD.

What is your Time Zone? (My Zone is UTC+01:00) I can be online at a certain time.
You are in a trap. When you make changes to disk 0 you can't boot and when you erase/delete disk 1 your disc 0 is also worthless.
The trouble with your SSD is because of disk 0.
In your boot menue you do not see disk 1 at all. What you see is the bootmanager entry from drive 0.
If you find the right BCD=boot partition (1 of 9) you will be able to run your SSD without any problem. But it will never be shown in the BIOS Boot Option.
You can make preparations.
Boot from USB and go to the first Setup Window and press Shift +F10
When you see the black command prompt window type:
diskpart
then type:
list vol
You will see the Drive Letter of your USB drive
then type
exit
exit
and stop the installation and turn off the machine
You can repeat this step till you feel save.

The best way to explain your problem is to show them your Diskmanagement Screenshot.
An experienced troubleshooter will solve your problem within 1 hour because it is very easy to handle.
But what is your problem? You managed to install WIN 11. Use just one disk (SSD), insert your USB and go.
