Hi pritam2015,
Thank you for all your help, I saw that you really try to solve my problem. I wish there is more users like you as well.
I know that it's a serious issue that I have, but the thing is that I know somebody know how to fix it.
I fix computer for years and that's the first time that updating drivers with BIOS flashing give a problem like that.
When there is a problem with BIOS flashing usually you can revert with the flashdrive. But this case I could not found the BIOS version f.00, and and that's the first time that the flashdrive don't even recognize at the begin.
The thing I know is that if there is no solution like the right BIOS version or another way to boot like using windows key + b or + c, I'll need to reset the Eeprom. For doing that I'll need to take apart the computer take the chip out rewrite the chip and solder it again.
This procedure has a possibility of 80% of going wrong and probably just throw the computer on the trash, but the actual situation that it's not even turn on is already a good reason to throw in the trash because there is no usage for that (just for parts).
If I pay for somebody to do that job, if I found that I don't until now, the price will be even more expensive than buy a new computer so my reason with this forum is give one last try for people that is in the same situation.
Don't worth to pay a the fix, and don't worth to don't try anything.
So I hope somebody with a little bit more experience than me will try to reply with a new technique to boot from the flashdrive, or found the right version of the BIOS or even the HP have that version that I didn't found in their webpage. Or give some hints about procedures to fix with Eeprom reset without need to unsoldering parts.
Thank you again.
Rodrigo

Bios version F.00 is stock version and as per my experience this version is not available for download for most of the notebook models. Unfortunately windows button + b/c is the only method to recover the bios.
I think you should try flashing latest version of bios.

Ikr,
I tried all versions available on the HP website, but none works once it don't even start the recovery wih the windows button +b/c.
Maybe it's not supported that key combination, but the recovery should have an option.
I'm almost end with my finals at College and I'll try again with diffent kind of flashdrives, usb 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and various sizes 1gb, etc and all versions of BIOS available at HP website again.
If nothing work again I'll try to take apart the note unsoldering the eeprom and try to reset myself once I'll not pay more then the note worth to somebody do it.
Shame.
If I got some news I let you know.
If nothing work I'll start to look at tutorials to flash eeprom with my BIOS usb programmer.
If nothing works I'll just send to trash and buy ASUS next time.
