Hi @Zanga_

  1. Perform a Hard Reset:

    • Disconnect all external devices and peripherals (e.g., USB drives, docking stations).
    • Turn off the laptop.
    • Unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery if it's removable.
    • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to discharge any residual power.
    • Reinsert the battery and reconnect the AC adapter.
    • Power on the laptop and check if the issue persists.
  2. Try Entering BIOS Multiple Times:

    • Restart the laptop and repeatedly tap the Esc key as soon as you power it on until you see the Startup Menu. This sometimes provides access to other options.
    • From the Startup Menu, try pressing F10 to enter BIOS setup.
  3. BIOS Recovery:

    • If the BIOS is corrupted, you can attempt a BIOS recovery.
    • Turn off the laptop, and then press and hold the Windows key and the B key simultaneously. While holding these keys, press and hold the power button for two to three seconds, then release the power button but continue holding the keys.
    • If the BIOS recovery key combination doesn't work, try Windows + V as an alternative.
  4. Remove Non-Essential Hardware:

    • If possible, remove any non-essential hardware components, such as additional RAM or the hard drive, and try booting the system with only the essential components.
