Hi, I need a BIOS update for my HP Pavilion Serial number 5CD3465ZQN, model 15-n013sa system board 732086 - 501.

Is there anyone who can send me a link to download the file please?

I just tried and doesn't work.. apparently I need sp71309 board ID 2166 for my model.

There's no way your notebook would be using a BIOS file number in the 170,000s.

There is no such file number as 171309 anyway.

When I enter that number in the HP FTP site, I get a 'not found' error.

Granted the file that is supposed to work for your notebook that I gave you does not contain a BIN file for board ID 2166.

It has support for the following system board IDs:

21DD, 2165, 2161, & 2183

It worked for these HP 15-n0xx models:

I went back and found the download for the previous BIOS version and that doesn't have support for that ID either.

I found this post where someone has the same system board ID as yours and he had the same issue...the BIOS update didn't work.

Since HP has retired support for your PC and that file has worked on several other 15-n model series with Intel processors, unfortunately I won't be able to help you with your request.
