Product: HP Notebook - 14-dk0002dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The HP Support Assistant notified me of a BIOS update available for my 14-dk0002dx laptop. Being one to keep my system maintenance updated, I ran the update and stepped out for about 5 minutes. When I returned, the screen was black and the system was unresponsive. I left the system as it was for another 30 minutes with no change. Now, all I have is a black screen with the power LED on and the fan working its tail off. I have gone through the entire virtual assistant troubleshooting steps to no avail. Please tell me I don't now own a very expensive paperweight... Any help is appreciated!
