Mi pantalla se bloquea de manera aleatoria, sucede muy seguido y no me permite realizar mis actividades. El teclado y el ratón dejan de funcionar y solo me queda forzarlo a reiniciarlo. No aparece ningúna pantalla o azul o algo así, simplemente es como si la imagen se congelara.
