When i open my laptop their is a messege on screen that is BOOTMGR is missing please press ctrl+alt+del to restart...and after pressing ctrl+alt+del again this message come on my screnn.pls tell me how to fix this problem.

Running the test is not to FIX the drive but to tell us if it PASSED or FAILED the test.

Power-on and start tapping the "esc" key.

 

Run the HDD Diags/tests and post the results.
