Envy 13-aq1011nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My less than 3 months old envy 13-aq1011nf was installing Visual Studio and frozen in the middle. There was a blue screen of death followed with an attempt to reboot, which told me boot device not found. After all diagnostic tests, with working "memory" but no hard drive.

I'm extremely disappointed and desperate at the point with an intensive course that requires me to have a laptop to code. Any day missed is equivalent of 2 weeks of lecture at bachelor level. I'm towards the end of the course and preparing for my final project and this happened. Reading on the online reviews and my past experience with HP seems that it will take forever (to send in for them to repair etc, which by then I'd fail my education already). I want to highlight the struggle I had when I reported the rubber strip on the button of the laptop already came off within a week.

I want a solution asap, this is giving me anxiety attacks.
