HP 250 G4 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have problem with a power with my notebook.

During testing with HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI: Component Tests: Power, the failure identifier appeared to me:

ID FAILED: 9FRKK1-80B95T-XD7X6J-C09F03

ID PRODUCT: N0Z81EA#AKD

in addition, the battery with my notebook will not charge - it has 0% and displays the message "connected, does not load".

And using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows power tests (battery and AC adapter) were cancelled.

What is this failure?

First of all, if the AC adapter had failed, the PC wouldn't even have any power, since it seems the battery has failed. You will probably need to replace the battery. The instructions for how to do this may be found here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04653884

Look on page 32 and you'll find the battery replacement instructions. The HP part numbers are also present. You can use these to more easily find a replacement battery. Good luck.
