Hi! My window 10 hp laptop battery turned off during restarting because of low battery. Will this affect the system after I might have charged it? I need clarification, please 🙏

The battery does not turn off; instead, the laptop turns off -- if the battery is too low to run the laptop properly.

 

Plus, if you let the battery get low enough to die, then your laptop will no longer start because it can't charge a completely dead battery.
