Being asked to enter administrator or power on password, but don't have one, Help!

HP Recommended
HP Stream Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I power on my laptop, it goes directly to a screen that says enter administrator password or power password.  I don't have one.  When I press return 3 times, I get a system disabled message with code 74022906.  I have tried turning off the device and turning it back on again and pressing esc several times to bypass the screen, but it doesn't work.  Please help.

That is a Disable Code but we're not permitted to provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

Passwords simply can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords because HP considers that a violation of customer privacy.
