  • What is the exact model number of your HP PC or notebook?
  • Are you trying to update the BIOS, recover the BIOS, or are you seeing a BIOS error or recovery screen?
  • Did the issue start after a BIOS update, Windows update, or did it occur unexpectedly?
  • Is the computer able to power on, or does it fail to boot?
  • If you're seeing an error message, could you share the exact wording or a photo of the screen?
