Product: Probook 645
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

every time I try to open bios it asking for password .. I didn't lock it .. anybody has any idea how to fix it

I have been trying to hold of hp a real person but I just keep getting the virtual thing that does not help at all. How hard is it to just talk to a real person so I can get this fixed. I don't want to talk to a virtual thing.
