Hello everybody I am currently trying to factory reset my Windows 7 laptop and I cannot get past the administration password that got set up through bios it does give me a halt code after I have entered in the password incorrectly three times but I have no idea what to do with it.

Again the goal here is to factory reset the computer I do not care about any of the data
