Il PC si accende, si avvia ventola e prova a partire disco rigido ma subito lampeggiano LED (5 lenti 3 veloci). Vista la codifica sul sito hp e fatti i test possibili senza però aprirlo. Nessun risultato. Cosa potrebbe essere? Grazie

This is a Hardware issue. I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options.
Since the Warranty expired, there will be charges for the repair

I hope to choice right terms in English. Laptop switch on and disk tries to start but no bios or windows. Video is full black with no background lights. Immediately at start caps led bright: four long and three quick. I have seen hp support for this and I have made all that suggested. I haven't opened the cover to move disk or ram. This happened immediately after the end of one year guarantee..... What can I do? Thank for replies and for using an easy English in answers

I choose an HP product because several years ago I had a problem solved in short time with your assistence center. I remember that my problem was born 3 days after the end of your guarantee. I am surprised in discovering today that there are no ways to have address for a phisycal assistance center in Rome. I called your number in Serbia but they can only give solutions for software and hardware as in your site. Is it possible up today I'm obliged only to pay your service for reparing? I think someone shuld be free to choice!
