Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Resetting or removing the BIOS password on an HP 15 laptop can be done using several methods. Here are a few steps you can try:

Method 1: Using a BIOS Password Reset Tool

  1. Enter the wrong password three times to get the system disabled code.
  2. Note down the system disabled code (usually an 8-digit code).
  3. Visit a website like biosbug.com and enter the code to generate a reset password.
  4. Enter the generated password to unlock the BIOS and change or remove the password.

Method 2: Using HP SpareKey

  1. Access HP SpareKey if you have set it up previously.
  2. Follow the prompts to reset the BIOS password using your SpareKey answers.

Method 3: Using HP Recovery Tool

  1. Download and install the HP Recovery Tool from HP's official website.
  2. Create a recovery USB drive using the tool.
  3. Boot from the USB drive and follow the instructions to reset the BIOS password.
