HP ProBook 455 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

Is there any one how to reset he password of my old version laptop as the key code  is no showing after entering the password and i think so it would not work also to remover the battery so what i do know am using the HP Pro Book 455 G 3 Base Model Notebook PC

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
HP Business PCs - Forgotten or lost BIOS password | HP® Support

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

This includes reset advice on printers where the reset erases passwords. Check the User or Service manual of your system for reset instructions or ask Copilot.

You need to contact an HP agent and explain the problem.

Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
