HP 15-d051sa Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have am old HP 15 laptop d051sa Energy Star running Windows 10 Pro, I have Malwarebyte Pro installed, all updates installed but I am unable to access the bios. The computer starts then despite pressing F9/F10 key repeatedly  always reverts back to a period of spinning stars on a blue screen, then the HP logo appears and I have to press both windows key and the return key to start the process, when the desktop appears, then I have to wait until the pin application is shown which jI fill in then wait again until the computer starts.  I want to change the boot order to load a back-up program I purchased which has to boot from the disc itself, This is the first time I have tried to get into the bios as I have not needed to before.  ,Has anyone had the same issue, any ideas as to why and how?
