After getting a bios update message from HP, I foolishly went ahead. Now my laptop will not start except for the hard drive starting and stopping continually and the cursor flashing on a black screen.
Tried all the power off, key pressing options and also tried the USB recovery methods but no joy. Memory is inserted properly.
Laptops 15 months old, Any ideas?
