Hi. Coming here from badcaps user forum to assist another HP owner.

 

Found this post on topic:

 

Black Screen after updating BIOS - HP Support Community - 8044203

 

After more than 12 months - there is no resolution to this very serious fault ? Windows cannot boot.

 

Does HP not monitor this user forum ? Anyone know of a resolution ?

 

Considering that the BIOS has to be hot air removed off the logic board to be reflashed ?

Ok. Just found this following thread which may work for the other HP laptop owner. Really disappointed that someone from HP tech support did not reply to the poor soul who purchase the unit and posted back in 04-2020. Service ? What service?
