HP ZBook 15 T7V59EA
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought this laptop a month ago and after two weeks my laptop randomly crashes and freezes. I have to shut it down using the power button. I tried to solve this myself, but the problem hasn't been solved yet.

I did a system recovery, a virus check, updated my BIOS.

Yesterday in a chat they told me to Restore Defaults in BIOS. I do not have that option and want to know if Apply Factory Defaults and Exit is the same as Restore Defaults. If not, what do I have to do?

And maybe someone knows something else I have to do?

Thank you for your reaction. I came across this topic: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Zbook-15-G3-freezes-when-on-battery/m-p/59768... and asked hp if I can install the driver. They told me to install the driver and now I'm hoping that my laptop won't freeze anymore.

Yes it is the same. Odds are the BIOS has nothing to do with the problems. Can you get into diagnostics (F2) as you power up and run all the component tests?
