If you have another computer that you can log in with your Microsoft account, do so and go to Microsoft account website. From there you may be able to retrieve a BitLocker key. This article explains the process step by step.
If no other computers are available, unfortunately no other way to get a BitLocker key. Your only option will be to use Cloud Recovery tool to reinstall Windows11 (this will erase all data on the hard drive). The link below is for how to use the Cloud Recovery Tool.
