HP Recommended

My sister-in-law's PC won't boot up. To do anything to it, it is asking for bitlocker recovery code. She doesn't have it nor does she have a microsoft account.  All her pictures are on it. Ugh. On top of this, her husband died a short time ago and all her pictures are ... on the laptop. Thanks for anything you can do to help me help her. Sue 😞
