Black Screen Blue box

Hello,

I have an HP Stream that is locked out  

I get the dreaded black screen with blue box asking for the Adminstrator Password or Power On Password

Lock out code:  67559347

I have tried all the codes I have found on this forum, but they didn't work.

Thank you for your time.  I am so frustrated.
