Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I have hp pavilion g6 laptop, and it started to show black screen on startup. Caps lock light blinks every 3 seconds. I tried the hp support videos  but without success. Any other ideas? Thank you in advance.

I understand that you are getting no boot issues on the notebook, I am glad to assist you.

 

Please attempt the below steps: 

Perform a hard reset 

Attempt a BIOS recovery  

Run the System Diagnostics tests
