Microsoft Windows 11

Recently I am unable to boot into any OS other than Windows 11.
I really need Linux for programming and for the past week or so, the Linux Distro installed doesn't even boot and shows a blank/black screen.

The best part is that if I try to boot from my USB Drive with an ISO in it, it still shows a Blank screen.

I've tried everything from disabling and enabling secure boot and changing boot order and none of them work. Basically Windows is the only OS that my laptop boots into and if I try to boot into literally anything else (either from an external drive or internal) it just shows a blank screen until I force shut it down.

Does anyone have a fix for this ?
