Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

   HI, I was downloading an update to my BIOS when the screen went black. I hit power and it turned right back on like it was sleeping. It then basically said there was an error and BIOS began to restore. The screen went black again. Havent seen her since. 

   Along with the flashing caps key 5.3, black screen and power button on, the 2 fans are both working fine.  I have checked RAM, HDMI to TV, reset, shift+b+power, v also. Do fans usually run with a motherboard failure?
