Product: HP Notebook 15 bw089-na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop randomly gave me a black screen one day, with the caps lock LED light blinking in a 3 long, 2 quick pattern. After locating the error for this, and reseating the memory module - then replacing this when that didn't work - still no luck.

 

Could it actually be the RAM at fault? Which I haven't touched, as unsure if this should be removed. Would be grateful if anyone has had the same issue and fixed it, before I resort to calling HP (which I imagine may cost a bomb since i'm out of warranty).
