Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

doesn't boot up. Caps lock light (white) flashes and the wifi light (orange) is constantly on. I have removed the battery, unplugged the power cord, held down the power button for 15 seconds and nothing changes.

Installing Windows 10 yet again won't fix a hard problem.

 

If it is under warranty, contact HP.  If it isn't, then I would probably recycle it.

Leave the battery out.

Connect just AC.

Does it boot?

It doesn't. Nothing changes. This happe d right i put a fresh install of windows 10. It worked for about a day and then I went to start it and this is all I get.
