Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s1000 (90P69AV)

I recently purchased a brand-new HP Victus laptop with a one-year company warranty, about two months ago. While I was playing a game, my laptop suddenly turned off. Upon restarting, it failed to boot properly. The Caps Lock light blinks 5 times long and 3 times short. Additionally, I can hear the fan running, but the laptop does not boot.

 

Could you please advise me on the issue and suggest steps to resolve it?

Please try a hard reset and see if it works.


     Power off your notebook,
     Remove the a/c adapter, battery and everything that is attached to your notebook,
    Hold the 'POWER' button down on your notebook for about 10 seconds,
   Plug in the a/c power supply (without battery) and power on.
