Black screen, caps lock blinks 4 slower blinks, 3 faster blinks

Laptop went dead - black screen. Caps lock has 4 slower blinks, then 3 fast blinks. Already tried taking battery out and holding power button for 15 seconds. Help? Or is it dead?

Please try both the steps mentioned in the link.
