Product: HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0H1AV)

This is my second HP with this issue. Purchased both from Costco, only had a year or so. Was working fine, minimal personal use, then out of the blue had black screen with just fan running. Will not boot to a screen. Tried all of the unplugging, adding to external monitor, windows/B key start nothing has worked. I am at my wits end with HPs. For my daughters had to send in twice after spending hours on the phone and reinstalling BIOS myself…this ridiculous, desperate for suggestions… 😞
