Product: HP EliteBook 655 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

We are seeing more and more with the error "Black screen, fan running high -  on this models (Elitebook 645.655 G10)"

 

What could this be due to?

 

It seems that we often end up with an error message to HP, where they change motherboards and then the computer works again.

 

Anyone else with this error? or can you HP answer that?
