Hi All,

I started facing this issue after I tried to update BIOS after HP Support Assistant's recommendation.

Since morning I am getting a black screen after I switch my notebook on. I tried to perform a BIOS recovery by pressing Window + B and letting it do its thing. After the process was over, my notebook was back to square 1 (still a black screen!)

So I now decided to perform a BIOS recovery using a USB flash drive. I downloaded and installed BIOS files using another computer. But now I am neither able to access HP BIOS Update screen (Windows + B does not work) nor am I able to access the Boot menu by pressing Esc key repeatedly. It's like my notebook is dead. Power button led indicated computer is getting power but the screen is black.

Please help!
