Product name: J9M35UA

Model number: 15 - f033wm

When I turn on my laptop the hp logo and "please wait" displays. After a short time the screen goes black and that is it. The mouse cursor can be seen though. I have tried to hard reset the laptop as well as some other methods I found online, but nothing has worked. I have planned on getting a new laptop, but I really need this one til summer when I will have the extra cash to get one. If you have any suggestions that have worked for you or ideas that could work, I would appreciate it. As I am typing this "choose your keyboard layout" along with options popped up on the screen. I chose US, but it is stuck there now. I'm gonna just leave it on and see what happens.
