Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-eu0000 (267R9AV)

My screen went black during use.  I was using the computer to read my vehicles computer using a software program I had installed (ForScan).  The battery was charged.  I had the program open and a few seconds after I plugged the hdmi cable into the computer the screen went dark. 

I tried to do the 15 second hold on the power button and nothing happened.  When plugged in, the orange charging battery light on side does not illuminate.  The white power button light on the power button does not illuminate.  I cannot get the computer to turn back on.

 

please help!
