HP ENVY 15-j101ex
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop shows blank screen With no messages when turned on. I can hear the sound of fan, I can see caps lock blinking twice and f12 showing red light. My esc key is not working so I cannot run startup for BIOS update. I tried hard reset using fn+b and fn+v, fn+f9, f10, f11 but nothing works. Can someone suggest an alternative?
