Hi,

Is it a new PC? You might need to follow the setup procedure before using the actual PC.

What are the two options it gives you?

Once it comes on it says choose keyboard layout then I hit the US then choose option comes up which is troubleshoot or turn off your PC when I click choose your troubleshoot advanced options come up and it has startup repair command prompt uninstall updates UEFI firmware settings system restore system image recovery when I hit startup repair a diagnosis the PC attempts to repair then it says startup repair cannot repair your PC press advance options to try other options to repair your PC or shut down to turn off your PC log file and then it has an option to shut down or return to advance option when I click uninstall updates it has two options uninstall latest quality update uninstall latest feature updates I did both nothing happen when I click system restore it comes up to you system restore you must specify which Windows installation to restore restart computer selecting up operation system and then select system restore but it won't let me get to none of that because it keeps saying choose keyboard layout when I cut the computer back on when I click the UEFI firmware settings I did the diagnostic test and everything came back okay as passed this time I hit the UEFI firmware setting it said restart I click restart and it went right back to choose your keyboard layout I clicked the UEFI firmware setting it said restart then F1 system information f2system diagnostics which I did the first time f9 boot device options f10 bios setup f11 system recovery or hit enter to restart
