On 26 th June there was a sudden blue screen on my laptop which is still under warranty.. I consulted local service centre where he tried different ways but he was not able to and finally he found that there was problem in the motherboard....then I raised the complaint to the coustomer support they tried to resolve it on phone but they are not successfull....when ever I call I used to find a new person and I have explained everything but no one could solve the problem and they always said  that there was problem in the software. They I kept the conference call with the hp technical who checked my laptop. He explained everything about the issue with the laptop. Then they requested me to send the images of blue screen error... I have sent it....I am waiting for the reply.   I don't know what is the problem with the laptop. All this happened only after updating the windows 10 OS... since then I was searching for help here and there even though my laptop is under warranty... But still there is a delay from the hp side providing onsite service under warranty...I don't know what to do now...anyone please help in resolving this issue....case no- [Private information removed]
