I have a serious problem with my dv6 Pavillion laptop.
There is a (Boot device not found) alarm and (Hard disk 3F0
I have used also my recovery software but the process was not successful because there was an error (file not build)
I have also checked the memory that was OK but I have checked the Hard drive and I received a message (Hard disk not exist).

Welcome to the HP Support forum.
This message could come because of HDD problem (faulty one), because of incorrect BIOS configuration
or because of Windows issues. Based on your description, I think it is HDD issue.
Please, check the official HP article here >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01443463
Since you performed HDD test and HDD is not detected -
either there is NO HDD present in the PC
or the HDD is faulty
or the connector is faulty (less likely)
- Try to reseat the HDD as shown here > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_EdSDosnLnk
- Try to get the HDD out and to attempt to test it on anothe PC, you can get some cheap HDD to USB adapter (HDD is 2.5 inch) and try to read the HDD from another PC.
If this does not help, you will need to replace the HDD with a new one. This is not so expensive procedure but this will be the only option to restore the functions of the device. Let me know if you need advice and concrete steps how to replace the HDD.
Looking forward to your update and reply.

Hello,
Your current HDD should 750 GB big (capacity) and speed is 5400 RPM.
I am not familiar with IT tech stores in Germany so I can't recommend specific place but you could check with friends/family about local tech stores or check online stores like Amazon... etc
Since your issues is re. faulty HDD, you will probably not be able to recovery your files. However, you may try certain things. If this is important for you, please let me know.
Your options:
If your computer is with warranty period expired, you will need to replace the faulty HDD - buy it on your own. There are variety of options - vendors you can choose from.
You need HDD with the very same size as the current one or bigger (small will not work) - e.g. you need 750 GB , 1 TB or more HDD. I'd recommend you search for 1 TB - 7200 RPM model (not 5400) - 2.5 inch for laptops
How to replace the faulty HDD with new one: please, find info and instruction in your computer's manual or watch YouTube videos examples for your HP model.
Page 62 -> service guide for your model -> http://www.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02842252.pdf
If you do not want to do this on your own, please bring the computer (or ship it) to HP Authorized Service Center where the technicians will do this for you. If you are not sure where such a center is located, check these or contact HP for assistance in finding the nearest one for you:
>> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00372730
>> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/store-finder/find.do?bs=SR4&type=authorized
3) Last part - once you replace the faulty component - you will need to reinstall back your operating system - Windows or another. So,
3.1 ) IF your computer originally came with Windows preinstalled by HP (a.k.a. OEM Windows), then you need to use HP recovery media - DVDs or USB pen drive you have previously created or recovery media purchased from HP. Some general info >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00006110
If there is no recovery media at HP, you may contact this vendor to check there >> http://www.best2serve.com/
Please, let me know how it goes and do post back if you need assistance. Looking forward to your feeback/reply.
