Boot Device Not found

HP Recommended

When doing the system diagnostics the hard drive test says 1 passed (2 unavailable) what does this mean? My laptop won't go to the sign in it restarts 3 times then says boot device not found. Please install an operating system. HELP I just used it a half hour ago.
